We offer a unique advantage: Our platform doesn't charge creators any fees to have their projects registered and ready in our database for submission to current or future events hosted on our platform.
The only cost incurred by creators is the submission fee required by events that activate paid categories for project entry. Festgate will receive a minimal percentage of this final payment. Rest assured, Festgate will not charge any additional fees to creators.

Step-by-Step Guide: Creating and Submitting a Project to a Festival or Event
Registration: To embark on your creative journey, you first need to register as a creator on our platform through our form at: FestGate Registration.
Project Creation: After registration, you'll gain access to the control panel. Here, you can create your project by selecting the "My Projects" option. You have the ability to create different types of projects such as Film Video, Script, Artwork, Music, and Photography.
Filling in Project Details: When setting up your new project, you'll need to complete a form with all necessary information. Once filled out, you can save and view it in the "show" section of the project list. Here, you can attach links from Vimeo or YouTube for your film or video. For a script, you can upload your written work in PDF format, for music, upload your piece in WAV or MP3 format, and for Artworks or Photography, simply upload the corresponding image. Don't forget to add a poster and some images to round out your project profile. If the link to your Film or Video is password-protected, be sure to fill out the "password" field. This will allow the jurors of the events you're submitting to, to access and evaluate your work.
Submitting your Project to an Event or Festival: Navigate to the "Festivals and Events" section on our platform and choose the event that interests you. On the event's page, you can submit your project within the deadlines specified in the dropdown categories available on the right-hand side of the page. If you don't see any deadlines, it might be because they've already passed or are not currently active for the event.
Project Submission: Select the category or categories in which you want your work to participate, add them to your cart and finalize the submission. Be sure to look out for discount coupons provided by the event. For paid categories, you can pay via debit or credit card through Stripe. Your data will be secure as our system only displays an iFrame and all payment processing takes place on Stripe's servers.
Confirmation and Tracking of the Project: After completing the transaction, you'll receive a confirmation message. You can check the status of your submission in the "My Submissions" section. As the jurors or selectors of the event update the status of your submission, we'll send you an email with the corresponding information.
